Johannes het sy BA LLB grade gedurende 1995 aan die
Universiteit van Stellenbosch verwerf. Hy het gedurende 2003 by die firma as direkteur aangesluit.
Hy oorsien die firma se litigasie-afdeling, het 'n voorliefde vir kontrakte-, sake- en familiereg en
verteenwoordig kliënte in 'n wye spektrum van forums, insluitend die Hooggeregshof, Streekhof,
Landdroshof, Munisipalehof, arbitrasies en plaaslike owerheid. Hy was al in verskeie gerapporteerde
beslissings betrokke. Hy is getroud met Michelle, het twee seuns, Andries en Ernst, en een kat en twee honde. Johannes attained his BA LLB degrees from the University of Stellenbosch during 1995. He joined the firm as a director during 2003. He oversees the firm's litigation department, enjoys the Law of Contracts, Things and Families and represents clients in various forums, including the High Court, the Regional Courts, the Magistrates' Courts, the Municipal Courts, arbitrations and before the local authorities. He has been involved in a number of reported judgments. He is married to Michelle, has two sons, Andries and Ernst, and one cat and two dogs. |

Tertia het haar B Proc LLB grade gedurende 2002 en 2006 aan die Universiteit van Suid-Afrika verwerf. Sy het gedurende 2003 by die firma as kandidaat-prokureur aangesluit en is toegelaat as prokureur, aktebesorger en notaris. Sy is sedert 2007 ook 'n direkteur. Tertia hanteer die firma se aktes-afdeling, huweliksvoorwaardekontrakte en doen ook bereddering van bestorwe boedels. Tertia was voorheen 'n rekenaar programmeur en is 'n ywerige fietsryer. Tertia obtained her B Proc LLB degrees from the University of South Africa during 2002 and 2006. She joined the firm as a candidate attorney during 2003 and is admitted as an attorney, conveyancer and notary. She is also a director since 2007. Tertia manages the firm's conveyancing department, antenuptial contracts and also deals with the winding up of deceased estates. Tertia was previously a computer programmer and is a keen cyclist. |

Anisca het haar LLB graad gedurende 2015 deur UNISA voltooi en het in September 2015 by Harmse Kriel Prokureurs as kandidaat prokureur aangesluit. Sy is betrokke by die firma se litigasie afdeling. Voor Anisca by die firma aangesluit het, het sy as menslikehulpbron-en-arbeidsverhoudinge bestuurder vir meer as 15 jaar gewerk. Sy het ook 'n BA Honneurs graad in Sielkunde van die Universiteit van Stellenbosch en 'n gevorderede arbeidsverhoudinge sertifikaat van UNISA.
Anisca het een dogter, Marisca. Anisca completed her LLB degree through UNISA during 2015 and joined Harmse Kriel Attorneys as candidate attorney in September 2015. She assists in the firm's litigation department. Before joining the firm, Anisca worked as and Human Resources and Industrial Relations Manager for more than 15 years. She also holds a BA Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch and has an advance labour relations management certificate from UNISA. Anisca has one daughter, Marisca. |

Lee-Ann was die senior sekretaresse in die litigasie-afdeling en het gedurende 2003 by die firma aangesluit. Sy het 'n Senior Paralegal Diploma gedurende 2005 aan Die Suid-Afrikaanse Skool vir Paralegal Studies verwerf. Sy hanteer ook die algemene kantooradministrasie en is nou ons boekhouer. Lee-Ann is getroud met Keith en het 'n seun Johann en twee dogters, Mieke en Keani. Sy speel graag aksie netbal. Lee-Ann was the senior secretary in the litigation department and joined the firm during 2003. She obtained a Senior Paralegal Diploma from The South African School of Paralegal Studies during 2005. She also attends to the general office administration and is now our accountant. Lee-Ann is married to Keith and has a son Johann and two daughters, Mieke and Keani. She enjoys playing action netbal. |

Beverley is 'n sekretaresse in die litigasie-afdeling en het gedurende
2008 by die firma aangesluit. Sy het 'n B Admin graad gedurende 1999 aan die Universiteit van
Wes-Kaapland, 'n Regssekretariële Diploma gedurende 1999 aan die Academy of Learning en 'n
Paralegal Diploma gedurende 2004 aan die Suid-Afrikaanse Regsskool verwerf. Beverley is gebore en getoë in die Paarl en woon steeds daar. Sy is 'n bobaas kaaskoekbakster. Beverley is a secretary in the litigation department and joined the firm during 2008. She obtained a B Admin degree from the University of Western Cape during 1999, a Legal Secretarial Diploma from the Academy of Learning during 1999 and Paralegal Diploma from The South African Law School during 2004. Beverley was born and bred in Paarl and still lives there. She is a master cheese cake baker. |

Lesle is ‘n sekretaresse in die aktes-afdeling en het gedurende 2013 by
die firma aangesluit. Sy het ‘n Aktes Sekretariële Diploma gedurende 2012 aan Boston Kollege
verwerf.
Lesle het ‘n dogter Lechae en sy is baie lief vir fliek. Lesle is a secretary in the conveyancing department and joined the firm during 2013. She obtained a Conveyancing Secretarial Diploma from Boston College during 2012. Lesle has a daughter Lechae and she enjoys going to the movies. |

Elizabeth is our receptionist and joined the firm during 2003. She
completed a Dale Carnegie course during 2006. Elizabeth is married to Shadrack and has two boys, Zipho and Athenkosi and a girl, Inathinkosi (Pinky). She enjoys listening to gospel music. |

Andiswa Katom |
Andiswa is our filing clerk and messenger and joined the firm during
2004. She obtained a Secretarial Certificate from False Bay College during 2004. Andiswa knows every nook and corner in Cape Town. She has twin boys, Pholani and Luniko. |
